The Zarrella Team

Zarrella Development Corp is family owned and operated by husband and wife team Jerry and Debbi Zarrella. Along with their son Jerry Jr. their vision was to utilize their professional backgrounds in architectural design, project & site management, and construction to create a consistently great homebuilding experience for homeowners throughout Rhode Island.

Jerry & Debbi Zarrella

Jerry Zarrella is a native Rhode Islander who has been in the building business for over 50 years. He founded Allied Concrete Forms when he was fresh out of Bryant College and successfully ran the largest concrete form company in Rhode Island for over 25 years until he sold it in 1996. He also founded and has successfully operated his own site work and excavation company since 1985.

His wife Debbi, a native of Miami Florida, owned and operated her own design and home building firm and together they merged and with their combined talents make up what is now Zarrella Development Corporation.

Each having their own areas of expertise, they have simplified the homebuilding process and are able to guide you through all aspects including land purchasing, financing, layout, architectural design, and construction. It's this combination of strength, stability, and commitment that guarantees quality and ensures value.
